`NetApp Driver bug #2163507 <https://bugs.launchpad.net/manila/+bug/2163507>`_: Fixed ``revert_to_snapshot`` failing on formerly-replicated shares after DR replica promotion. ONTAP does not remove SnapMirror snapshots automatically after a SnapMirror break, leaving them on the promoted volume. When a user subsequently calls ``revert_to_snapshot``, the residual SnapMirror snapshots are now cleaned up before the restore is attempted, allowing the operation to succeed.

The VAST Manila driver enhances multitenancy via share types using namespaced extra specs. Administrators can specify different VIP pools per share type using the ``vast:vippool_name`` extra spec, enabling network isolation between different tenants or projects. This allows multiple share types to use different VIP pools while sharing the same Manila backend. The configuration parameter ``vast_vippool_name`` in ``manila.conf`` now serves as a default fallback and is no longer strictly required when VIP pools are specified via share type extra specs.

The PowerScale driver now supports asynchronous revert-to-snapshot operations. When enabled through the share type extra spec, the driver prepares shares using a Domain Mark job and monitors backend jobs using powerscale_job_retries and powerscale_job_interval. By default values are powerscale_job_retries = 5, powerscale_job_interval = 2 and backoff_rate = 2.
